Nestled in the highlands of Sulawesi’s renowned Toraja region, Rante Karua is sourced exclusively from the prestigious Sulotco Estate, one of the largest coffee estates in the area, covering approximately 1,200 hectares. The name combines the local words “Rante” (Eight Mountains) and “Karua” (Foothills), reflecting the distinctive landscape surrounding the estate.

Sulotco Estate is more than a coffee farm—it is a thriving community with its own schools and churches. Through consistent training in cultivation, harvesting, and farm management, the estate maintains exceptional quality standards and uniformity across its coffee production.

Unlike many Indonesian coffees that undergo traditional wet-hulled processing, this lot is fully washed, highlighting a cleaner and more refined expression of Toraja coffee.

In the cup, expect a rich, full body complemented by clean acidity and subtle herbal notes. The result is a balanced and elegant coffee with depth, clarity, and a smooth finish.
