This coffee is produced from carefully selected lots grown by 20 farms within the renowned Santo Antônio Estate Coffee region. Only coffees that express the distinctive character of this area are chosen for this offering. Known for its rich sweetness and chocolate-forward profile, Chocola consistently delivers the depth and balance that inspired its name.
The Santo Antônio Estate has earned recognition for producing award-winning coffees, including a championship-winning farm during the 2016/17 crop. With the combination of Natural and Pulped Natural processing, this latest crop showcases even greater flavor development and cup clarity.
The cup opens with aromas of roasted nuts and chocolate, followed by a clean, well-structured body. Notes of sweet caramel complement the classic Brazilian profile, while a pleasant sweetness and smooth finish create a balanced and enjoyable drinking experience.
