At Ishigaki Cafe Roasters, we carefully source quality beans from around the world and craft freshly roasted, affordable specialty coffee designed to bring you the bliss of paradise, wherever you are.

How Our Company Was Born

Our love for Ishigakijima began during one of our trips to the island at the height of the Covid pandemic. What started as a simple escape turned into a lasting inspiration.

Our founder, an IT engineer by trade, first explored coffee with a Nespresso machine before diving into manual espresso brewing and eventually roasting beans with a Fresh Roast SR800. This hobby quickly became a passion—and then a calling.

Today, we roast specialty coffee for sale, driven by the desire to share that same joy and sense of calm that Ishigaki inspired. While our roastery is based in Saitama, we look forward to opening a future location right on Ishigaki Island itself.
